Because I Love You Poem

A relationship full of honesty

A partner full of loyalty

A best friend full of hopefulness

A spouse full of excitement

Because I love you

A love full of spark

A heart full of flutters

A stomach full of butterflies

Because I love you

I want to explain what this means. You asked me to write a poem about what I thought a healthy relationship was. My poem maybe be short and simple but it covers all things a healthy relationship should be. A relationship should be good feeling and exciting. You should be able to be at the edge of your seat like you're at the movies, once in awhile. But it also should be freedom.

If you're relationship is dangerous and toxic and controlling. It's time to back out. When I say full of honesty in my poem, I mean you shouldn't have to hide everything from your relationship. You should be able to feel open with your relationship. Honesty helps a relationship grow. Makes it so you have trust with the person you are with. Same with loyalty. Loyalty is being faithful to your relationship, to yourself, to everyone. Without loyalty, your relationship is doomed. In any relationship for that matter. Your friendships, your family, your teachers, boss, co-workers, anyone. Loyalty is key to a good relationship.

Hopefulness is another aspect to what is needed for a good relationship. Having hope for everything that may be problematic in your relationship you will get through it. Hope helps your believe and helps you stay motivated to get through the rough times in any sort of relationship or situation for that matter.

With excitement, comes fun. Being at the edge of your seat in relationship is fun. Going skydiving. Going cage diving. Facing your biggest fears. It's all fun and exciting and there is always a adrenaline rush and it just makes a relationship interesting. But it should be considered that sometimes the exciting part can get a little dangerous. Which people need to be careful about.

The rest of the poem is the feelings you should get in a relationship. I know from experience that those feelings don't last long but also they never go away. Once in awhile these feelings appear as a reminder that that person is the one for you. Those feelings are very important. If your in a relationship and don't experience those feelings anymore, then the relationship needs honesty, loyalty, hopefulness, and excitement.
