Because I Love You
Because I love you....
I always dreamed of saying
Before I knew it would end
In my sanity fraying
Because I love you.....
I gave you the first greeting
I tried to keep my cool
During our first meeting
Because I love you....
I fell under your spell
Controlling and oppresive
I was told but still couldn't tell
Because I love you.....
I learned to know better
I discovered that real love is there
No matter the weather
Because I love you.....
I broke away from myself
And found myself living
In an isolated Hell
Because I love you.....
I went through the pain
Of letting you finally go
And died as you effortlessly did the same
