Because I Love You...

You came with a smile,

it brought me joy.. just for a while.

We built it up, tore it down.

You took me to the beach, we went downtown.

You showered me with gifts,

My mood always changed with a little kiss.

But,

What really mattered was the talks.

At night, the long walks.

Our trust,

Our honesty,

Our loyalty,

Our happiness,

Our efforts.

We flew and grew,

Because I love you.
