Because I Love you

Because I love you

That's what I said when you asked

Why I take care of you

Why I stay up at night and think of you

Why I ask how your day was

Because I love you

That's why I yearn for your happiness

Why I wish you the best

Why I open up when you ask

Why I stay up to make sure you're okay

Because I love you

That's why your words mean so much to me

Why your hugs hold together my world

Why your eyes can see things no one else can

Why your fingers grasp mine as we stroll

Because I love you

That's why your family means so much to me

Why your passions have become my passions

Why your fears can be demolished by my heart

Why your cuddles can solve any problem

Don't ask me why

You know why

Because I love you
