Because I love you

I know I must be true

And stay by your side

Until the day is through

Because I love you

I will not hurt you

And if I ever do

You know it’s me not you

Because I love you

I will protect you

And keep you safe from harm

No matter what the cost

Because I love you

I will be with you

And in the end

I will always love you
