Because I Love You...

I let you manipulate me, lie to me, and even cheat but because

I love you I just weep and didn't say a peep.

I gave you something that I didn't let anyone else have but because

I love you I thought you were better than my past.

Are you here or are you there and I dont just mean anywhere you

know what I mean I'm talking about the girl with the

curly hair. Did I mention she was my friend but you aint see it that way

just a cutie with a booty that you took to ya place.

But because I love you i smiled and laughed in ya face and told babygirl

she could never take my place. Do you remember the time

that you left me outside in the dark and in the cold and ya homeboys asking

me "Whats going on?". I thought you was playing but you

never came back. You made me look like a fool just standing there waiting

for you. But because I love you I forgave you and never looked

back you said you loved me and we was gon never end but really it was all a

lie you made me believe in. Because I love you I'm putting this

story to an end.
