Because I Love You

I love you

Not because of your beauty, but because of your outlooks

I love you

Not because of your past, but because of our potential future

I love you

Not because you are smart, but because you are caring, comical, complete

I love you

Not for who others think you are, but for how I see you

I love you,

Not for publicity, but because life without you is dull

I love you,

Not because of your gender, but because love has no boundaries

Love is love,

Love does not mean happiness,

It means sacrafice, compassion, selflessness, and commitment

Love does not mean deadends,

It means opportunistic, knowledge, openhearted, and knotted

It is because I love you, that I will devote myself to you

Because I love you, I will protect you

Because I love you, I will keep you happy

Because I love you, I will be there for you

Because I love you, I will cross oceans for you

Because I love you, I will adore you

Because I love you, I will give you freedom

I love you,

Not because of circumstances, but because love has no limits or rules

There is no choice in who you love,

So I love you, simply because you are you
