Because I love you...

Loving you

isn't eay,

but the compassion we share

is beyond compare

th secrets we give

are locked in the vaults which we live.

When our eyes meet

my heart beats

a million times a secod

threatning to break through its jail

behind my ribcage.

It fights to find you

through the dark.

When times get rough

I run to you

a safe haven

in a misfit world.

Nothing to hide

in the love that binds

us to the feelings we communicate.

Loving you

isn't easy.

We aren't perfect

no one is

but, continously, we grow

and I vow to openly communicate

and profoundly adore you

because I love you...
