Because I Love You

because I love you

I sleep with a smile on my face

I hold your hand and

watch your lips form

a warm, bright smile

because I love you

the sunsets are

more full of color

because I love you

my tears fall freely

and I feel no need

to hide how I feel

because I love you

I can be me

and love myself
