Because I Love You

a hot Tension has risen

sidely, we glare at each other

Jaws clenched

Face's red

Static in the Air

suddenly disappeared with a Snap

a knife slicing through the thick atmosphere

as we realize

what is the point of fighting like this

because Love is not-

about winning the argument

about hurting each other

about who has the control

No, no-

its about the

Compromise, the

Understanding, the

Respect for one another

And we do this,

not for ourselves.

But for each other

Because I Love You
