I am there

physically and mentally

because we are a pair.

We have shared so many things

things like tears and despair

but also positivity, like

"for you, I'll always be there".

And because I love you

these are not only words

but actions follow 

actions over words is what you said you preffered.

we are one, so when you are sad

You take me as I am
