Because I Love You

A healthy relationship is genuine

It is selfless and authentic

The couple is loving and freely giving

It is not forced or strained

There is truth in the union

Not greed nor selfishness

It is founded on pure love

Hate or evil cannot be found

Because I love you...

Is said to portray genuine love,

Not false love or caring

No, It is deep and heart-felt

Not shallow nor self-seeking

Because I love you...

These sacred words

Portray what is truly meant,

Deep in one's heart.

What true love is, in a world where too many people are confused about this subject.
