Because I Love You

Because I love you,

You will always be first;

Even at times when things are the worst.

Because I love you,

I will be there for you;

Never alone, always us two.

Because I love you,

Happiness is something I will always strive to provide;

Whether that be a little laugh or one of those grins you try to hide.

Because I love you,

I will always care for you;

Another thing, no matter what, I will do.

Because I love you,

It's just you and me as we grow old

Because what we have is worth more than gold.

Because I love you,

Those are some things I promise you;

Forever and always, just us two.
