Because I Love You
Because I love you...
You're sick
So I'll be at your bedside with NyQuil and your favorite book to put you to sleep...
You had a rough day
So I'll cook your favorite meal and hold your hand...
Your mom doesn't understand your decisions
So I'll ramble on about how amazingly smart and powerful you are...
You don't feel like getting out of bed today...
So I'll dim the lights and rent your favorite movies...
You burn food every time you cook...
You sometimes forget to wash your hair...
You dress like a boss every day you go to work...
You give the best kisses...
You radiate excitement when you see babies and puppies...
You cry when you watch commercials about abused animals...
But it's okay
Because I love you...
