Because I Love You

Because I love you, your feelings, like yawns are contagious.

Because I love you, I am ageless.

Alternating between a silly child, a wild teen, and a wise being.

Non-zero sum game, making us insane, making love outrageous.

Because I love you, I accept your flaws and treat them as talents.

When you're off I'm off, and when you on, we're balanced.

Your my best friend, my parent, my child, and my neighbor.

And if you weren't here, I would feel the absence of your presence.

Because I love you, love isn't a mix of emotions, but a serious of acts and motions.

Because I love you, a witch would use you in my potion.

You're my kryptonite and my remedy.

Because I love you, I commit to you like a daily devotion.

Becuase I love you.
