Because I love you, Dad.

Because you love me you financially support me

Because I love you I don’t want money

I want your presence

I want your compassion

I want your love

I want your voice

I want you.

Because I love you

All you need to do is be here

Thank you for laboring

Thank you for providing

But as heat moves farther, I grow colder

As you’re going to work, the fire begins to smother

Because I love you

Please stay.
