Because I love you...He
Because I love you...
He says this to my face,
Even though I know he's lying,
I fall into his embrace.
Because I Love. You.
He says raising his voice,
I'm scared so I cancel
on my friends tonight,
Because i love you,
He whispers softly in my ear,
So the question as to why
I should stay is answered,
Because. I. Love. You.
He growls out like a feral wolf,
I am prey to him,
The color it drains from me,
Like always the numbness replaces,
My will spits in my face,
I am left weak.
because i love him...
I say to anyone that asks why,
even to myself,
I've learned to lie.
