Because I Loved You
Because I love you, I can’t stay mad
Because I love you, I still think it’s my fault
Because I love you, I don’t blame you
Because I love you, I need to see you again
Because you loved me, I’ve learned what self-worth is
Because you loved me, my smile is bigger and brighter
Because you loved me, you’ve uncovered feelings you never thought you had
Because I loved you, I never stop thinking of us
Because I loved you, I can’t contain my smile
Because I loved you, I spent all my time with you
Because I loved you, I got my heart broken
Because I loved you, the tears just keep on coming
I can't control how you feel, I also can't control how I still feel; just know you were great.
