Because it wasn't love

The end of the road
that's now bitter and cold
it's so hard to let go
even though you both know
 it wasn't love
 take a step back
 and see all the facts
how he wore a disguise,
and told only lies
because it wasn't love
 you feel foolish, I know,
you need to let it all go
Not wanting to believe
it was a game of deceit
because it wasn't love
so please don't cry
over some foolish guy
there is no need to cry
because it wasn't love
