I din't leave you when you made me cry

Because of love

You stayed despite how many times I hurt you

Because of love

I left you 

Because of love

I gave you no warning

Because of love

I let my scars heal

Because of love 

I took care of myself

Because of love

I forgave you

Because of love

I ran into my dad's arms crying

Because of love

I felt the world crumble benath my feet

Because of love 

I did what was best for you

But above all

Because love

I left you for myself
