Because of You

I am told you are the one,
Always reminded of how lucky I am.
You give every thought to me,
Any doubts are nonexistent.

Enthralled is one word to describe
When I look at you.
Every since our eyes first met,
You captured me.

I gave you my heart
And you treasured it
I gave you my love,
And you always spoke of it.

Your eyes are hypnotizing,
For I get lost forever.
My mind goes blank,
The irises held me captive.

Your lips flow,
For I listen to your words
Like a song,
Repeating what you said in a chorus.

You are nothing but sacred to me,
I speak of your name as Holy.
Wanting to chant it like a prayer,
The way Rochester called Jane Eyre.

Because I love you,
You gave me stregnth.
Because I love you,
My spiraling is nothing but the staircase to Heaven.
