Because you are gone

Dear Lady,

Who is that lady that comes often?  She takes me to dinner and finds me a toy. Are you my grandmother or someone even more special?  I hear others call you Mimi. Can I call you Mimi?  You take me to movies like Nemo and buy me steak. Not all three year old eat nuggets. You take me to get face paintings and let me eat cereal out of the box. Years later when I am almost grown, we watch action movies and talk about cars, what I will do when I go to college, and if I will get married. But now you are gone and and all I know is I will miss you at my graduation, the day I go to college, get married, and watch the next action movie. Because you are gone.
