"Because You Love Me"

I am happy

Happy that you cared enough to tell me that you love me

But in reality do you really love me or do you love what I could do for you

I love you

Not for what you can do for me but because of what you have already done

Is this really what love supposed to be, Because I Love You's

Because You Love Me

I should never say no to you

Because You Love Me

I should give you my virginity

Because You Love Me

I should cook, clean and wash your clothes

Because You Love Me

I should cater to your every need as a personal slave reporting to my master

Because You Love Me

Beating on me should not be any of my concern

Becasuse You Love Me

My life is now yours and I cant control my words

But If You Loved Me

You would treat me as the queen I know I am because a man that says he loved me would only lift a helping hand

He would place a crown atop my cranium and place a gentle kiss upon my mandible

But all you have done was place a fierce fist between my sternum and my rib cage

Because You Love Me

But I am happy

Happy that you cared enough to tell me that you loved me
