Because You Love Me

Because I love you, I'd show you the world if I could

Buy you gifts and presents, all the things that I should

Because I love you, I want you right by my side

To be the person you always talk to, the one in which you can confide

Because I love you, I become progressively more haunted

But you will never see the day I wouldn't remain undaunted

Because you love me, I will never take that for granted

For a love like ours is far too deeply planted

Because you love me, my happiness is emphatic,

When you look at me, the rest of the world blurs and becomes static

Because you love me, everything shines a bit brighter

Makes me want to hold such important things just a little bit tighter

Because you love me, you'd do anything I asked

But all I want is your heart, something of mine you already have

Love is more than an emotion, it's not a feeling you can shake

Because we love each other, I know that feeling will never break.
