Because You Love Me Too

I always grab extra strawberries at lunch because you never get enough.

I always make extra cookie dough because there always seems to be less cookies if I dont.

I always walk a little slower because you can never seem to keep up.

I always stop to talk to your friends because you want to know what they are up to.

Why do I do all these things? Because I love you.

You always sit on the right side because I'm left handed and hate bumping elbows.

You always keep fruit snacks in your backpack because I get mean when I'm hungry.

You always wait for me after class because I have so much I want to tell you.

You always sing to me because it makes me smile.

Why do you do those things? Because you love me too.
