#BecauseILoveYou

Because I love you, the girls you introduce me to as "my friend", are exactly that.

Because I love you, the distance between us isnt nearly as far,

the days I spend basking in your presence and warmth are days

that I treasure, Because I love you.

The empty words I speak to fill the void of silence between strangers do not compare

to the words I speak to you when I say their 8 letters, Because I love you.

My happiness is my own glass of lemonade. Perfectly sweet in a world full of sour.

I do not need you to pour me a glass.

But my darling, how do I love it when you join me for a drink. Because I love you.
