#BecauseILoveYou

Four simple words can eat away the very flesh of desire

trying to piece together the definition of "love"

but only adding to a fire

time and time again

we are made to do things that we don't want to do

time and time again, we are told "Because I love you"

Now love comes at costs

at times it can leave us all lost

but a harsh line needs to be drawn

when we can not tell where we belong

Being enslaved to your lover

can leave you searching for another

but because you love them

you will not leave

because you love them, you take the abuse

#BecauseILoveYou is quite the awful truth
