#becauseIloveyou Roses Are Red but Does That Mean I Love You?
Roses are red, my eyes remain a blue
Instead of talking it out, you wished to bruise.
We fought for love but my heart had no clue;
Love is suppose to win, why does it lose?
You’d say “Because I love you” “Don’t talk to him”.
I’d reply “He’s no one, just a friend”,
And because I love you, I’d turn a blind eye
Which ended up to be a loose end tie.
But love persists radiant and growing;
To realize that we need to love ourselves, know needs
Honesty has visited, and talking is overflowing;
Love is the honeymoon stage that keeps going.
Love is within, don’t expect another love for you,
Because I love you I’ll keep your dreams true.
