To Become A Master Poet

It takes a lifetime to become a master poet

It requires a lot of patience and endurance

To gravitate this elevation of excellence

It took V. Hugo and T.S. Elliot quite a bit.

The world will let you know once you’re

There. My advice, to all poets, is to take your

Time. One must be patient to build a nice nest

‘Cause pliancy is crucial to climb Mt. Everest.

Arriving at the pinnacle of the literary universe

Requires a lot time, perseverance and dedication

Unending studies, constant creativity, divine action

And luck are absolutely fundamental and, indeed necessary

The Lord solely has control over dreams. One needs to be versed

Also in countless subjects. To be one of the best poets ain’t easy.
