Becuase He loves me

Because He loved me

Because He loved me, I’m not a slave to my death and I’m happy in my own shoes

Because He loved me, I can actually know what Love is instead of seeing it in the movies

Because He loved me, I don’t have to carry any weight around and I can say goodbye to my alternate timeline

Because he loved me, I can love her

Because he loved me, I received the gift of patience and I keep unwrapping

Because he loved me, I learned how to do the hardest thing in the world

I gave up my life because He loved me and always will,

I can finally understand the rainbow and walk past apple trees without being hungry,

Glory be to God, I finally found it, everything,

Because He loved me
