Once I start, I can't stop

I wish I didn't start

Guilt Shame Embarrassment

I won't eat tomorrow?
Tomorrow comes. Can't stop.

Weight gain, Strech marks, Embarrassment

Eat healthy in front of others

Cry.
Determin life.

Anger.
Binge.
Eat healthy tomorrow....
