The Beginning and the End

We sing the song,

the song of life

We hear the song,

the song of death

As I sleep,

a sleep so deep,

I keep these words

these words to keep:

Deep down under, in a sea of green

lies a palace of gold

waiting for thee

Way high up, in a sky so blue

is a gateway of amber

through and through

Way down deep, in a place so hot

are seas of crystals

to be sought

Up on land, where life thrives

are greedy mammals

whom always die

Seas of amber, seas of gold

we wait for the truth to be told

Waves of death, oceans of life

we wait for the war, a righteous fight

The time is near

our cries be heard

the sounds of war

as death unfolds
