Behind the 1000 Words

Constantly stumbling and falling

I stand back up to fall again. For being

down

develops my ability to get back up and

hinders the bitter pride that

I will someday have to swallow.

"It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward."

I do not wish to be defined by another,

but I find that we all are.

I am the sun who never feels

down

becasue small stars shine brighter than I.

It is the small minded people who define

and compare.

I welcome my infant creativity which is

down

compared to the many great artists of this world.

I may not be the best.

But if I believe I am the best I can be

I will never be

down.
