Navajo, Dine’, Native American

This is all the same to me

I am Native American

I was told to lose my ways

To keep up in a changing world

I am Native American, nothing has changed

Culture, Tradition, Language and Teachings

Still able to keep up with students across this nation

I am Native American

Teaching on the land and within my future classrooms

I am Native American and I am here to make a difference

In the world for my peoples children

They are the future

I will become a Native American Educator

I am a Navajo but Yet I am still Native American
