Behind the Glass

Behind the glass

You look so different

But then again

We're the same in other ways

Like how we feel

Alienated

But I'm not performing in a show

Every single day

How does it feel

Who is benefitting

Why do we do these things

To such undeserving creatures

Allow me to ask

What does it feel like behind your mask

Swimming around behind the glass
