Behind the lights I am

Behind the masks, the lights, the flash

I’m here, I feel, I fear

The truth told by the melody only in my head is a felony

Behind the flash and the pretentions of trends

I’m week, I’m raw, I feel like no one ever saw

Behind the lights

I’m strong, I’m wrong, I cry and don’t feel at home

Because in the end this world is all pretend, I lose myself; that ain’t no honor

I’m more than filters and shine

I’m quirky, nerdy, imperfect and silly at times

Without filter I am ME and there is nothing to hinder. #NoFilter
