Behind the mask

She’s lively OUTGOING, UPBEATED, VIBRANT Just that type you know Put a smile on anyone’s face Brighten up anyone’s day She drained, its engulfed her, its become her Steadfastly she is reminded of who she truly is When she enters The BLACKHOLE She cringes at the thought His voice echo’s throughout The deep dark dreary hole Sending spooky chills down her spine Paralyzing her Anger and rage run pulse straight through her veins As if ivy had taken over her heart Strangling her She could hear the soft boom of his steel toed boots And his yells become closer and closer A warm, sting, she felt across her face Blackness oozed from her soul To weak to move Shoved against the cold concrete wall Kicked to the floor mucked with dirt Thrusting himself on top of her She could feel her insides become like putty Stop she taciturnly yelled With every punch kick and strike She mustered up all the strength she had left Opened her eye To see her baby boy watching in delectation Stop she taciturnly yelled Tears streaming down his face Lighting his fuel In the midst of all the madness, barbarity She found her solace And let out her final Breath
