Behind The Mask

Who am I you ask

Behind my mask?

Eyes that have cried,

Lips that have lied,

A nose that breathes,

 Embracing all the subtleties.

Ears that heed,

Your cries of need.

Flesh so fragile,

Don’t be agile,

Take a second look,

I’m an open book.
