Behind the Phrase: I’m Fine

I have grown incessantly tired

Tired of being nice

Tired of being understanding

Tired of being forgiving

Tired of being tolerant

Tired of being passive

I am thoroughly annoyed with everyone who has been fake

Annoyed with everyone who has lied to me

Pissed off with everyone who has ever used me and tread on me

I am tired of coming off as a fucking Saint

When a raging fire burns inside of me

That wishes to burn everyone

But above all, I’m frustrated with myself

For being unable to change

And for being unable to submit to my heartless desires

When it’s what I want to do.
