Behind The “Mask”
I am that bubbly girl that loves to laugh,
Loves fashion and beauty,
Loves makeup and its art,
Loves to dance,
And loves to express my Bosnian culture.
Without the filters I am not that enhanced,
I do not glow as much without that candlelight,
I have straight dirty blonde eyelashes,
And my lips are not naturally Marilyn Monroe red.
But I am real.
I am not afraid to make funny faces,
I am never embarrassed to get sweaty by dancing until I can't breathe,
I am not afraid to act like an idiot,
And I am not afraid to speak my mind.
I show when I am angry,
Sad,
Or downright tired.
I show my true feelings all the time,
I do what I love,
Dance for Bosnia,
Praise Bosnia,
Write,
And study fashion and beauty.
I will wear that green chunky face mask,
I will wear an oily hair mask,
In front of anyone,
Because I do not care.
So once in a while go NO FILTER,
I know its scary but trust me,
There are some pictures where no filter is the perfect filter,
Because it shows the true you.
Only enhance, never mask.
