Being Betrayed
you fear trust
seeing that you can get hurt
one might think they know
you don't know the true
feeling until
you do
some might feel lost
sad
angry maybe
I felt as if
walls were closing in
I knew that if I put my arms out
it would
stop
but part of me did not want it to
I was broken
you were not
I felt like a puppy
looking for food
the food was gone
vanished
faster than it came
there I was
lost
alone
I thought about trust
and realized
trust cannot be trusted
