Being in Love

If you’re my sun then I’m your rain
Hey I heard they say that opposites attract
But me and you were like one of the same
Wow, how opposite is that

As we share this life together
We build our plans made for two
Working side by side smiling with joy and pride
As we reap the fruit of our labors too

Loving is helping to encourage both me and you
As we exchange smiles and sincere words day after day
Take our time to share
Time to listen and care
In tender, affectionate ways

Loving is having someone special
One that I can always lean on and depend
You have been here through the years
As we’ve shared laughter and tears
As a partner, lover, and friend

Loving is sharing and making memories
Ones that I love to recall
Ones of all the good things
That sharing life brings
Love is absolutely the greatest of all

Do you know that I’ve learned the true meaning
Of sharing and caring
And all of my dreams have come true
I’ve learned the true meaning
The meaning of being in love
By being in love with you
