Being stranded on a deserted island.

If I were stranded on a deserted island,

There are so many things I would love to take with me

But because I am a Diabetic, my Insulin would be a priorty.

Life without it probably wouldn't exist,

That's why it always at the top of my priority list.

If I was stranded on the island, hopefully it wouldn't be long

But in the meantime, I would enjoy nature and have fun.

As long as I have my Insulin to give me strength

I can find food and water to get me through the day.

It would probably be lonely,

But I can't worry about that now

Just knowing I have my Insulin, would make me proud.

Being stranded  on a deserted island can be an adventure.

Things I can do include relax, run, scream and walk

Oh what a good time I will have, just enjoying it all.
