Believe

Believe . . .

and it will be,

wrote Wisdom!

May I share God

with you?

I am light;

therefore I live;

sit with me

in God’s love.

I am age,

therefore, I dance . . .

through God’s creation, and

it surrounds.

The sunset is God’s.

The robin is God’s.

As is the stream

behind my house.

I could never create such beauty.

I do not have to.

Only God could dream a sunset.

I live the light I am.

I am a retired high school and college professor. The last 10 years of my teaching was as a college professor of literature and writing. I have self-published one book of prayers and meditations and am preparing another book of poetic odes to faith and love. I am truly honored to be welcomed into this group.
