Bell Tower

In a circle of serenity,

it stands, towering above all.

Every hour, it cries out

a melancholy sound

Does anyone hear?

People pass by ignorant

And ignoring the sound,

too absorbed in their own lives

to hear the beauty of the bell.

If they could only see, and hear.
