Bella Strada

There lies a secret in the shining sea

A city full of wonders is hidden

Brightly colored stores perfect for a spree

Brilliant lights and shiny black lamp posts glisten

Soft music flows through the cobblestone streets

Marble buildings show skillful craftsmanship

Homemade pizza paired with fine wine and meats

The superb dishes are worth a round trip

Fashion shows are a staple in this place

River canals are lines on an ancient map

Flowerbeds line the windows like white lace

Be careful these enchanting cities may become a trap

For once you’re there, you may never want to leave

This picturesque city is hard to believe

lo amo I'Italia

Io amo l'Italia
