Belong
For the longest time
I didnt belong,
Kids would laugh
Swat me away.
I decided that
I would never belong.
But finally you came into my life,
Full of dark skies and bliss
Tiny twinkling stars lighting
Up your night, and
I decided then and there
That maybe, just maybe
I did belong somewhere.
That somewhere is with you.
