Benchwarmers
Oh Benchwarmer, Benchwarmer
Where did you go?
Our bench is cold, so I 'd like to know
You keep it warm during our games
To help us from getting muscle strains
We need our Benchwarmers in this sport
For we are now ice cubes on the court
We grow very weary, but not dare sit down
The bench is not safe without you around
A girl named Kate was very brave
Declaring she would "benchwarm" for the day
But alas, that did not go very well
Her temperature dropped, and we could tell
Her teeth began chattering, her lips turned blue
Oh Benchwarmer, Benchwarmer
Where are you?
She then bit her tongue, and fell to the floor
Began twitching about, until she could no more
She had bitten too hard and bled out to the end
Oh Benchwarmer, Benchwarmer
You killed a friend!
This is why we have Benchwarmers in our lives
Even if they say it's a thing they despise
Although it looks like your team doesn't care
I want to thank all you Benchwarmers everywhere
