Benign Tumor

You are my little sister,

However, little does not even describe you.

You are all the things

That are good in this world.

You are the laughs

Stemming from deep within my belly.

You are the smiles

I wear so proudly from ear to ear.

You are the stories

I will retell and relive till I draw my last breath.

You are the love

That radiates from deep within.

You are the sunshine

That brightens even the darkest of days.

You are the anchor

That keeps my world from drifting.

You are the little bit of childhood

That can never disappear.

You, my sister,

Are my everything.
