Best Friend

She showed me that not everything is as bad as it seems

That there is a bright side to everything

That sometimes things go wrong and thats okay

That I can dwell on it for a little while

But that the future holds positivity

When I worry about how my I look

She tells me that my outfit makeup and hair are great

But I would look good even if they weren't

When I am concerned about my future

She tells me I will figure it out

Even if I don't go down the path I expect

When someone upsets me

She gives me advice

And then says I don't need that person in my life

She praises me when I do something good

And helps me figure out the bad

She doesn't judge my actions

And I know she will always be there for me

She reminds me that Everything is Awesome

Not only because she keeps a positive attitude

But because I know I will always have her as a friend

So how bad can the world be?
